In an effort to  keep our employees safe and provide the most efficient process for  vehicle owners, we are urging everyone to use our website to submit the vehicle release information and payments for impounded vehicles.  Please see the follow requirements for the proper documentation needed to release a vehicle from impound. Once you have uploaded all documentation and submitted payment, please bring a copy of the receipt (or email) with you to the impound lot office.  We appreciate your cooperation.

• Must have current Proof of Ownership:
  • Title
  • Current registration
  • Photo ID (current)
• Hold Harmless is required for Rental pickup/delivery; insurance companies that are owners.
• Copy of Release from Police Department if required.
